£7.57ph-Temp to Perm - Thatcham/Berkshire/Immediate Start.
Our Client is one of the largest and most diverse energy companies in the Uk with a customer base exceeding 9 million customers. As a result of their continued diversity and growth into new markets, there are opportunities for up to 4x Telesales Executives to come and work in there ultra modern office's in Thatcham/Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a FTSE 20 company with an outstanding reputation for training support and personal career development.
We are looking to recruit commission hungry Telesales consultant's that are target driven and looking for a career in Telesales:
Job Responsibilities:
*Making outbound calls (80-100 a day)
*Hitting sales targets at least 2-4 conversions daily
*Calling existing customers/and converting them on to my clients phone packages
*Warm/Cold Calling
Preferred Skills:
*Telesales/Telemarketing/Sales background
*A confident telephone manner
*Call Centre/Office experience
*Min 6 months sales experience
Personal Attributes:
*Ability to listen and retain information
* Excellent interpersonal skills
*A quick thinker!
*Objection handling
*Target driven
*Lots of enthusiasm
Salary, Hours and Benefits:
*£7.57 per hour +Uncapped Commission OTE- £18,000-£20,000 year 1
*Monday-Wednesday from 11:00-to 19:00
*Thursday-Friday from 10:30-to 18:30
*37.5 hours per week
*Free on site parking
*Temp-Perm
