Our client, a well-known household name, with a strong brand image, and reputation, based in Coventry, are looking to recruit an Telesales Executive to join their lively team.

Duties to include:-

• Making high volume outbound calls to business customers, building rapports and ensuring sales are fully maximised
• Dealing with a portfolio of over 400 accounts
• Promoting special offers and up selling linked products
• Managing an internal customer database
• Ensuring inbound calls are dealt with effectively regarding pricing issues and other general client enquiries

Key Skills:

• Outbound sales ability essential
• exceptional communication and objection handling skills

The ideal candidate will be a target driven individual, a good team player and capable of working on own initiative.

Excellent working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.00pm or 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: £18k-£22k basic (dependant on experience) OTE £30 – 40k, plus incentives
