Our Client in Welwyn Garden City are seeking an experienced Telesales professional, to join their small, busy and expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organisation, where the chances of progression are excellent. 

You will be working in a busy team environment and given your own desk to grow new business and maintain existing client accounts within this professionally run department.

The starting salary for this opportunity is £18,000 p/a, with an excellent uncapped commission structure.

Our client is ideally looking for an individual who is keen to progress, thrives on working within a high pressured sales environment and is hungry to earn additional commission on top of their salary.

Ideally they are looking for someone who wants a career within this exciting industry, not just a job!!

To be considered for this role you must be:

•  Highly self motivated.
• Hungry to earn commission.
• Have a minimum of one year’s sales experience, a recruitment back ground would be beneficial, although not essential.
• Be keen to progress within a new organisation and advance your career.
• Enjoy working with a strong team environment, working towards strict targets.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

The hours of this position are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary Basic: £18,000 p/a plus uncapped commission and company benefits, including Free Parking.

Full Training will be provided on site, although our client is looking for someone to 'Hit The Ground Running’.
