The Company - Our Client:
Our Client is a privately owned company that provides voice and data solutions and is one of the fastest growing telecoms companies in the UK. They provide telephony solutions and products, handsets and IP phones and telephone systems accessories. As a growing organization, they are seeking an experienced telesales professional for their office in Hampshire. This is a Monday to Friday vacancy with a 40 hour week (8.30-5.30).

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to companies in a designated area
• Generating appointments for the field sales executives
• Negotiating with other departments to ensure the delivery of customer expectations.
• Making pro-active sales calls on specific accounts and re-activate dormant accounts as instructed by the sales manager.
• Establishing a close and professional working relationship with all customers through telephone and email contact.

• Experience in a Telecoms sales environment.
• B2B telesales
• Have an excellent telephone manner.
• Be an excellent time keeper
• Have the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Able to work as part of a team.

The Package : What You Could Earn:
• Basic salary £17,000 + OTE/Bonus
