Role: Temp to Perm Telesales Executive
Location: Worcester
Rate of Pay: £7 - £8 per hour plus bonus of up to £25k OTE
Job Scope:
- To develop and promote the Telesales activity of the company.
- Ensure all sales targets are met and where possible exceeded.
- To ensure the integrity, credibility and promotion of the company through telesales and customer service activity.
Key Accountabilities:
- To increase revenue, customer growth and satisfaction.
- Identification and acquisition of prospect business to generate new revenue.
- To meet and exceed sales, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inbound calls and provide customers with information relating to products and services.
- Follow up enquires and warm leads in order to proactively sell products through outbound calls.
- Assist the department to continuously improve its Income from achieving its bookings and sales targets.
- Develop customers, identify and execute cross selling opportunities.
- Promoting and encouraging good account management practices.
- Liaise with field based sales teams and internal departments to ensure the highest levels of customer service and sales generation.
- Process sales orders
