Our client is a leading insurance network, providing its independent broker members with a range of comprehensive business services.

As part of its commitment to developing its presence throughout the UK, our client is seeking to appoint a Telemarketing Executive.

You will conduct specific marketing campaigns on behalf of a panel of member brokers, with the view to securing the insurance renewal dates of prospect clients.  Using data which has been compiled in line with your broker members’ risk appetite, you will cold call businesses to capture the renewal dates of their existing insurance policies.  You will contribute to the team’s success by working to agreed service levels, generating a targeted number of leads per day.   After you have completed each campaign, you will be held accountable for reporting your findings and performance statistics back to the Telemarketing Manager and broker members.  A key part of your role will be to promote the offering of the telemarketing team to Business Development Managers, so that they can in turn sell this service to broker members on site visits. You will liaise with various stakeholders by telephone, email and face to face. You will also be expected to attend occasional client meetings throughout the UK.

You must have a sales background and possess strong account management skills. It is essential that you are self-motivated, well organised and target driven.  You must be well presented and a confident communicator, with the ability to overcome objections and complete campaign related administration.

In return, you will benefit from a basic salary up to £18,000 plus a performance related bonus, a range of company benefits and on-site car parking.
