My client is a leading Training Provider looking to increase their Telesales team.

The ideal candidate would have a good solid background in outbound telesales.

You will have a consultative approach to telesales, a great commission structure is available…!

Telesales role and responsibilities... 

  • Conduct telesales calls with potential prospects
  • Clearly identify individual requirements, aims and motivations for potential students
  • Sell relevant courses to students that best meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records on the database
  • To generate new business by meeting the needs of prospective and existing students who contact the company in accordance with company procedures.
  • Use their telesales skills to promote courses operating within Company guidelines and policies
  • To ensure new students details are processed accurately whilst adhering to Data Protection Legislation
  • To gain student payments over the phone and in person in line with Company guidelines and FSA regulations
  • To generate business leads
  • To manage and motivate yourself to achieve and surpass all targets set.
  • Monitoring your own progress against daily and weekly targets and reporting accordingly
  • Contributing to the professional environment by always ensuring prompt attendance
