We are looking to recruit our next sales professionals by offering ongoing training and development alongside the apprenticeship.

• To understand and be knowledgeable in MDC’s financial products.
• To make and receive calls to meet and exceed sales targets.
• To respond to all forms of communication e.g. telephone, email, faxes, etc., in a timely and proficient manner.
• Record all correspondence on in-house system accurately.
• Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
• To carry out other duties as required

Working in a call centre environment, to advise clients about our service and assess their suitability whilst maximising opportunity to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. To credibly and sensitively promote our products to meet and exceed set personal and team targets.

The qualification is made up of a number of mandatory units together with a range of optional units to give the qualification sufficient breadth to cover the variations which exist in the industry: Level 2 NVQ in Sales.

Experience:

GCSE grades A* to C in English or Maths within the last five years.
