What Does The Role Involve?
Working within a team environment; you will work towards achievable targets and receive constant development and training.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
• Handling outbound calls to prequalified customers
• Following a regulated script
• Assessing what product is beneficial for a customer
• Transferring calls to senior advisors
