Job Description
You will be taking inbound calls from from the bank’s business account holders, dealing with a range of queries and providing excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for utilising your excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with your customers, delivering a high quality, professional service and identifying or creating a need for further financial products.
You will introduce and set up relevant products and services that meet the needs of the clients, generating referrals as appropriate.
You will be working towards weekly and monthly targets, both as an individual and as a team.
Full training will be given, including both classroom based and on the operational floor.
You will be working 35 hours a week, on a variety of shift patterns.
There is potential to earn monthly commission, depending on performance. Excellent large company benefits include company pension scheme, a discounted share purchase scheme, an active sports and social committee and 21 days holiday + bank holidays.
