 Overview

We are looking for hungry, dynamic and motivated Inbound/Outbound Telesales professionals with a proven track record or confident, tenacious, dynamic individuals who are keen to begin a career in Telesales - then we would love to hear from you.  We are looking for:

  • Individuals who are able to identify and manage sales opportunities;
  • Target driven sales professionals or hungry, dynamic individuals who are keen to develop a career in sales;
  • Individuals who have worked in an environment where they have to keep motivated to achieve/exceed their targets and do not become easily discouraged in the face of new challenges;
  • Individuals who are able to self manage their own activities, diaries;
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills to ensure they are making the most of every opportunity to achieve sales targets;
  • First class communicators/relationship builders who believe in treating the customer fairly, and can deliver exceptional customer service standards.

We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who are motivated by a role with high levels of social interaction, enjoys building relationships and seeks to establish strong customer relationships. You must also be able to analyse and interpret information and deliver effective solutions to the customer. Flexibility around working hours/shift patterns and communication styles is an important element of the role. Previously worked in an FSA Regulated environment (ideally).
