Telephone Interviewer

We are currently looking to recruit up to 4 telephone interviewers in our Telephone Unit in Selly Oak, Birmingham.

The role will involve recruiting and interviewing healthcare professionals for medical market research interviews therefore it is essential that all post holders are polite and confident with a professional telephone manner.

Applicants must also:

• Have experience of working in a customer service environment and/or excellent customer service skills
• Be hardworking and reliable, with experience of working to deadlines
• Be computer literate and have good typing skills
• Be English speaking

Due to the international work we carry out, the ability to speak fluent Spanish, Italian, German or French, although is not essential would be highly desirable.

Ideally candidates will have experience in a similar role however GKA will provide candidates with full training. 

We can offer candidates good rates of pay, currently we operate from 9am to 5pm however flexible working hours are available. We are looking to recruit employees on a zero hours basis whilst a 6 week training period is completed.  Contract hours will be reviewed following successful completion of the training period.
