Telephone Fundraiser Needed ASAP!!!

Our highly successful client is looking for a number of new staff to join an experienced team of telephone based fundraisers.  This is an opportunity to work in a fun and ever developing contact centre environment.

Due to the nature of the work, we are keen to speak to people who are naturally enthusiastic, upbeat and personable.

The key skills required are:

• A clear and confident telephone manner
• High energy levels and a resilient nature
• An understanding and empathetic personality

The role involves contacting people on behalf of various charities including Cancer Research UK, the British Heart Foundation and OXFAM.  Predominantly through the use of a script you will be encouraging new and increased donation to this charities.

Various shift patterns are available including

1.00pm to 4.30pm

5.00pm to 8.30pm

Weekends - Saturday 10.30am to 2.00pm, 2.30pm to 6.00pm and Sunday 12.00pm to 4.00pm

All candidates must complete a minimum of 17.5 hours per week (5 shifts). All shifts are booked weekly and half of all work must be evenings and weekends).

2 Saturday shifts are obligatory each month
