My client is looking to recruit for Collectors to work in their Reading offices.

Job Description

• Collection of high volume defaulted consumer / business to business accounts
• Utilising manual dialling
• Using either predictive or progressive dialler
• Negotiating with customers to maximise recoveries
• To negotiate payment in full / partial settlement / setting instalment plans.
• To maximise contact / conversion ratio
• To ensure that individual targets are met
• To contribute to the set team targets
• To ensure KPIs are met
• To ensure company objectives / targets are achieved
• To ensure negotiations are conducted within compliance guidelines set down by governing bodies
• To ensure Data Protection compliance
• Any other duties assigned to you by your Line Manager

Person Specification

Successful candidates will have experience working in a target driven sales environment.

Previous debt collection experience would be an advantage but not essential.
