Job Description
One of the UKs leading financial organisation are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual to join there busy contact centre team, working on a 9-5 shift pattern with some weekend working.
You will be working in the mortgage department and you will be the first point of contact in responding to incoming customer calls in relation to their existing Mortgage, ensuring excellent level of Customer Service is provided.
We are only looking for people with customer service experience and only those with excellent customer service skills, communications skills and who are PC literate will be considered.
***Please note you must be able to pass a credit and reference check and these will be completed prior to commencing work**
This is a temp role which only be for 6 weeks in the first instance
