Telehealth Implementation Consultant

My client is an extremely successful organisation based in the M62 Corridor. They are currently recruiting a Telehealthcare Implementation Consultant.
The key elements of the role are:-
 1.Working closely with the Telehealthcare Implementation Manager scope, define and manage the engagement profile within assigned accounts ensuring each implementation meets defined objectives
2.Scope, define and deliver any relevant care pathway support initiatives within assigned accounts
3.Ensure the clients "experience"  is professional, supportive and engaging - A service unparalleled in the TH market 
4.Develop key relationships with all stakeholder parties (to include NHS Managers, primary care, secondary care & community services) in each account
5.Support relevant activity in clinical engagement and change management processes so Telehealth is widely engaged with and adopted.
6.Coordinate and lead engagements into GP practices/clinical teams and in secondary care environments

You must have experience of the clinical side of long term conditions within a healthcare setting and be able to demonstrate the ability to build effective and long lasting relationships.

Salary :- to £50,000 PA
