HR Technology Consultant (VBA)To £25,000
This leading global consultants and business advisors offer a range of services to their clients including managing services for multinational companies who send employees and their families, to work and live in another country. They are considered by many to be the market leaders in this field with an impressive existing client list and a number of very significant recent new business wins.
The core function of this team is to gather, consolidate and provide information on an assignee's pay and benefits to create a central global repository of total compensation data.
Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the build out of required technology and reporting tools
Maintenance of existing technology and reporting tools
Assisting with the identification service areas for improvement through the use of technology
Processing, collecting and distributing multiple data sources
Validate client delivered data
Review data against client's policy
Identify and resolve issues
Undertake year-end reporting and reconciliations
Reconcile source data to year end summary figures
Review country data sources and map to output
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets for data manipulation and review combined with VBA programming experience is essential combined with the ability to work with data from multiple global jurisdictions. Previous exposure to HR, payroll administration would be preferred.
