Technical Support Specialist - South London - £24-29K

ICT network support engineer required for growing curriculum systems support team covering schools, primarily in South and South West London but often further afield, working with systems including XP, 2003, 2008, server and desktop and IT networks etc. You will have a depth of experience including some management of junior staff, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, office, helpdesk and ideally education support experience including Itil/Fits, educational policy, vle, sims, cc3/cc4, classlink, whiteboards etc. You will be travelling around sites giving a high quality service to a variety of different clients, training users, escalating issues, completing site reports etc. Car drivers preferred. CRB clearance and rigorous referencing will be required as this is an education based role.
