Job Description
This position is responsible for the technical support for the customer issues, customer complaints on technical matters with iron ore, and other products of our group. And this role will assistant of the Technical / marketing manager in Austria, as well as business development of the products, in coordination with production processes. Also working closely with the commercial department, then the frequent travel and visits of technical systems.
We expect you to one completed study of metallurgy with some experience in technical matters. The ideal candidate should very good at English, Mandarin and Portuguese. We are appeal to graduates with no work experience, bring a dynamic, pro-active, open-minded demeanor. For this role, the 6 to 12 month overseas training in Vienna, Austria is mandatory requirement.
