This is a temporary vacancy.
Be readily available to answer the phone to our customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide technical advice to customers experience issues with their products.
Perform password resets and account unlocks.
Liaise with third party suppliers.
Log calls on systems and update as required.
Transport is essential due to location.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours working any hours between 7am - 11pm Monday to Sunday
