Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a technical specialist with expert knowledge of Decisioning components has arisen with reputable financial services company in Bristol . This is ideally for a an immediate start and will last for 4 months initially.
For this role you will have:
• Expert Knowledge of Decisioning components and how they fit together, experience in practical uses of Decisioning in business environments (pref Financial Services) and how they evolve overtime, knowledge of best practice in strategy definition
• Knowledge of Customer Experience Model, marketing within Decision hub context, process architecture design, maturity framework and governance, thorough understanding of applications CDM capabilities and their alignment with business strategy design and implementation
• Experienced multi channel strategies in context of customer experience model, experience of application, process and data architectures involving Decision Hubs.
• Deep knowledge of multi channel process design criteria and their application to customer journey
