Are you a motivated leader looking for the next step in your career? A leading FMCG organisation in the catering industry based in Colchester is looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to lead and motivate a technical team in order to enhance customer’s experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a Food Science degree (or equivalent), have over five years’ experience in a technical role managing 5+employees and have knowledge in Quality Assurance procedures.
In this role you will provide technical knowledge, manage the raw materials operation on site, develop the Quality Management Systems in accordance with legislation, and maintain all auditing in order to meet company KPI’s.
