Technical QA Specialist GMP FMEA CPK (Good Manufacturing Process),QualitySystems Pharma oxfordshire 45k Urgent


The ideal candidate needs to understand the science involved in the development/ validation of products and processes.

Essential Skills.


HND/ degree
Worked in QA with hands on experience of GMP,(Good Manufacturing Process),QualitySystems
Worked in the Development or Manufacture of a Regulated Product
Have specific hands on experience of Design and Development, Validation or Software QA.As 
design QA and software QA as well as validation QA

or from a background including

Technical QA experience in design (new product development) or software validation.

Previous hands on QA responsibility and participation in Validation activities such as


Validation Planning ie Validation Master Plan or Master Production Plan
Validation Review Board
Process Control Plans or Process Control Records
Process Capability Studies(CpK for example)
Design of Experiments (DoE) Studies
Use of Risk Management tools to prioritise certain validation activities and aid in time planning. To include Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Validation Periodic Review (process monitoring activities)
