Acting as the Technical and Product Training Specialist you will develop and implement training programs and provide support to customers and company employees.  
Pre-Product Launch:

• Responsible for delivering full product training.
• Responsible for reviewing technical content for new products including operator’s manual, training guides, reference guides, etc.
• Provides technical instrumentation demonstrations for investor relations and marketing valuations/sales presentations.

Post-Product Launch:

• Delivers technical product training programs to customers, trainers, technical service staff (in-house and field), sales, and distributors.
• Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
• Establishes and maintains training lab facility including supplies inventory.
• Conducts training assessments and continually evaluates training programs for areas of improvement.
• Assists in creation and implementation of troubleshooting training for internal service employees and Technical Support.

Your technical background will encompass experience with molecular technologies ideally in a clinical environment. You should be a confident and enthusiastic communicator, able to build rapport with customers and internal staff. You are likely to be a field-based applications specialist looking for that next step in your career.
