Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

Role Profile:

We are currently looking for a Technical Operational Process Analyst to join our client in their West Sussex offices.

The Operational Process Analyst will have experience defining operational support processes for a server and desktop support environment.

  • Exchange
  • SharePoint
  • UAG
  • NetApp Storage Solution
  • Lync
  • SCCM/APP V

Day To Day Duties Will Include:

  • Operational process development, working with the technical support teams
  • Reviewing processes in detail, understanding the context and suggesting and identifying problems areas and the potential improvements
  • Managing end to end solution / process changes
  • Ensuring processes are implemented
  • Communicating with the Service Architect, Service Delivery and Project teams to capture and define the requirements

Essential Skills:

Essential requirements as a Business Analyst:

  • The Operational Process Analyst is required to play a key role in the definition and delivery of the Target Operating Model and linking operational processes to the ITIL based service
  • Ability to transform and document technical operations into clear, concise process documentation

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong MS Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
