Technical Manager

We are currently recruiting a Technical Manager job for a high specification precision engineering company in Derby. With a key focus on quality output the job details are as follows:

Managing a team of engineers to increase productivity and efficiency

Monitor quality performance and feedback to senior management on any issues

Ensuring quality targets are communicated to team and KPI’s are achieved

Liaising with external suppliers on performance so as to enhance working relationship

Previous demonstrations of compliance with key accreditation bodies (NADCAP, ISO etc) is essential

Candidate experience:

Engineering qualification and experience in quality arena

Strong IT and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in pressurised environments and to tight deadlines
