A leading name in food production are looking to appoint a Technical Manager at their site in Staffordshire.
Your main role will be to provide the Company with a professional 'best in class' technical management function.
You will provide senior mentor support to the existing team in terms of personal development and site performance improvements.
You will provide the site with a professional technical service, meeting all customer, business and legislative requirements.
You will devise and deliver continuous improvement plans to achieve and sustain high standards in response to corporate, customer, certification body and legislative requirements.
You will be responsible for management of the QA, laboratory, technical and hygiene teams.
Experience / Qualifications
GCSE/A level/Science Degree.
Previous experience in chilled food manufacture.
Detailed knowledge of dairy technology.
Experience of team management.
HACCP trained.
Retailer liaison at Technical Manager level.
