Technical and Operation General Manager

The company is a Hong Kong listed company, responsible for investment, development, construction and operation of waste to energy plants in Great China and international market.

This position should oversee the execution of technical and operation strategy to effectively achieve the mission, visions and projects of the Company, oversee the planning, development and implementation of projects, monitor the design and construction of projects, identify and evaluate projects’ risk and determine the most effective approach to address them, provide the incident management along with technical and functional knowledge, coordinate with other department in preparing the feasibility report.

To apply this role I prefer university graduate or above in Engineering related discipline with a minimum of 10 years' demonstrable experience in Power and Energy field, especially in small power plant, actual operational experience in managing power plant, particularly WTE plants overseas.

HKIE member or equivalent professional qualification, pro-active, adaptable and able to motivate team members, excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills, strong strategic, conceptual and networking skills, occasional travel is required, excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.
