Title: Technical and Data Lead

Location: US with extensive travel to European Countries

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 Months +

Skills Set: Proven ability to work hands on to deliver global HRIT projects.

Position Description:

At least 12 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering results and making the connections between technology and business requirements

·          Proven ability to work hands on to deliver global HRIT projects

·          Experience of developing and managing relationships globally and with third parties

·          Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor global HR and IS staff and to mange own work against competing priorities and deadlines.

·          Able to undertake international travel on a frequent and ongoing basis for several weeks on a single trip.

Responsibilities:

The role will be accountable for project planning, budgets and integration with other workstreams/functions including other parts of IS, finance and HR.
