Technical Administration Support Assistant

Our client based in Cross Hands is looking for a Technical Support Administrator/ for an immediate start 13 week temporary assignment.

Some previous office administration experience is desireable as duties will include:-

Providing admin support to ensure the efficient day to day running of the department

Checking and ordering stationary and office supplies

Updating, scanning and maintaining technical information databases

Collating information and producing spreadsheets and reports

Assisting with updating internal computer systems for the management of asset records

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages to include Excel together with the ability to work as part of team in a potentially demanding environment.

AN INTEREST IN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE AS YOU WILL ASSIST COLLEAGUES IN FIELD BASED ACTIVITIES WITH THE INSPECTION OF RIVERBANKS AND FIELDS - there will be no physical/manual work although you MUST be flexible as this is a very varied position where you could be asked to help accross the department

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
