Job title: Team Manager - Performance
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Location: Purley, Croydon, Bromley

Hours: Working on a semi shift pattern, 35 hours per week between 06:30 and 22:00. This will include weekends and bank holidays.
The Role:
Working within a blue chip organisation this role is responsible for supporting and developing team members to enable delivery of the standard and quality of service expected.
- Ensure that PDPs are in place for all members of the team and are used as a tool to support and monitor development
- Provide real time support and guidance when needed/requested ensure that development needs are discussed during one to one meetings
- Ensure that all team members are performing to the required standard and that any shortfalls are addressed
- Manage absence in line with company policy
- Conduct counselling and disciplinary meetings when appropriate in line with company procedures
- Nurture a culture which based on brand values and is customer and client oriented
- Motivate the teams to live the brand and love the values and consistently aspire to deliver an excellent service.
- Ensure that all information, relevant to the department is effectively communicated to the team.
- Follow up on policy and procedural changes on a one to one basis when required to ensure understanding.
- Maintain accurate training, coaching and feedback records for the teams
- Ensure that payroll submission is completed in a timely and accurate
- Ensure that Absence records are accurately maintained and submitted in accordance with company policy
The Candidate:
In order to be successful in the role you should possess the following skills and attributes;
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade A - C including Maths and English
- Previous experience of managing a team within a call centre environment
- Previous performance management experience
- The ability to provide on-going training and performance development.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
