Our well-established Client is looking for a hard working successful Team Manager to manage a team of sales advisors, coaching them to achieve their commercial targets in line with the agreed objectives of the business.

Within the role you will be responsible for;

Developing the staff in your team to achieve their full potential through ongoing development and motivation.

Managing your team on a day-to-day basis, including one to ones, coaching, team briefings, back to work meetings and disciplinarys.

Meeting the agreed performance from your team in line with the key performance indicators and where necessary to undertake the duties of a call centre advisor to ensure the business requirements are met.

Following health & safety, equal opportunities, customer services and all other company policies and procedures as appropriate ensuring all team members understand and adhere to these processes.

To be successful in this role you will be a natural leader who has ideally worked in a call centre sales environments

You will be a strong communicator with the drive to exceed set targets, you will have the ability to not only motivate yourself but also others and work in a pressurised busy role.
