Team Manager

Our client is currently recruiting Team Managers with a proven track record of managing a team.

The Role

As a Team Manager, you will spend your time leading and motivating a team of 12 Customer Service Advisors, who will be talking to customers about their energy accounts. A typical day will involve working with your team ensuring business objectives are met through coaching and development of your advisors, call monitoring, delivering effective 'Buzz’ sessions and dealing with day to day team management issues.

The Person

You will need to be a strong leader and team player to create a happy and motivated, successful team. Previous management experience within a call centre is desirable.

Additional Information

The centre is open 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm on a Saturday. The centre is closed on a Sunday and Bank Holidays within these opening times and 1 in 3 Saturday’s are worked on a rotational basis with a fixed day off during the week. Positions are available at Houghton le Spring, Peterlee and Thornaby.
