Organisation Description
Working in partnership with a friendly, successful, expanding firm of solicitors we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to manage their RTA First Response Unit.
Job Description
The role of Team Leader will entail managing and overseeing the influx of new RTA claims in to the firm. This will include managing and organising a team of 6 individuals, distribution of work and liaising with the partners, the head of RTA and the HR Manager when necessary. The successful candidate would also be expected to deal with minor HR issues and team members on a day to day basis.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a Personal Injury/RTA/Insurance claims background coupled with supervisory or management experience. You must be highly organised and be able to delegate effectively, with the ability to manage the time of yourself and your team ensuring that work is completed in a timely and professional manner. You should also possess an exceptional level of client focus, have the ability to lead a team and should be IT literate.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £25000 per annum, depending on experience, free on site car parking plus other company benefits.
