Job Description
Your responsibilities will be:
- managing AP or AR processes within international SSC environment
- implementing / changing / maintaining of the new systems & procedures
- continuous improvement
- setting of KPI’s, reporting
- assisting and controlling of all payment runs, invoice completion
- hiring / motivating / couching AP/AR Team Member
- leading up 10 people
Person Specification
Client requires:
- Experience from AP or AR Team Leader position within international SSC
- Accountancy / finance background
- Previous experience from leading team members
- Fluency in English, other European language is welcome
- IT knowledge (accounting SW, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with experience in analysis and review
- Great communicator & problem solving and assertive
