Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader within the Learning Disabilities team in Bedworth.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will be employed directly by Warwickshire County Council.
Person Specification
Requirements of the role:
• You will be a Qualified Social Worker with experience at senior practitioner or team leader level.
• You will have strong operational experience of LD.
• You will have strong decision-making experience and experience of allocations.
• You will have experience of having been a duty manager
• You will be competent in Self Directed Service (SDS) assessments
• You will be capable of helping to implement new projects within the team
