Our Fontwell Burger King restaurant is located within the Little Chef premises and is operated as a franchise restaurant.

As one of the UK's biggest franchise operators we have 26 Burger King restaurants. In total, we serve over 20 million people each year.  We need Shift Managers who are as ambitious and driven as we are.  As a Shift Manager / Duty Manager, you will be responsible for various shifts, ensuring that our hospitality and customer care is second to none.

Leading by example, you will ensure that the customer leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and is happy to recommend us to all their friends and family. You will assist the Manager on assigned shifts, supervise staff in preparation areas, ensure the company and EHO guidelines are adhered to and adhere to all Burger King Brand standards. Ideally you can bring experience at a similar level from within the retail, catering or hospitality sector and would relish an opportunity to develop your skills further. You will also ideally be BMT qualified.
