Duties:
- Ensuring lettings Health & Safety compliance.
- Managing all aspects of the managed portfolio.
- Conducting refurbishment and maintenance projects.
- Ensuring that best practises are followed by contractors.
- Expanding the portfolio.
- Working hours: 9 -6pm, Mon - Fri.
- Maintain a long term relationship with tenants and clients.
Requirements:
- Adaptable.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Experience managing renewals.
- Work effectively within a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure of buildings, with reference to issues likely to arise.
- Ideally ARLA 1, 2 or NFoPP qualified.
- Lead and work well within a team.
- Confidence in dealing with Clients and Tenants.
