My client is looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter who understands the Engineering contract market, they will have previous Management experience as within 6 months they will be expected to manage a team of over 8 Consultants.  This role would suit a Billing Team Leader looking to move in to a Senior Management role but they are happy to show their team they can lead from the front initially but with a goal of being off the tools within the first 12-18 months.
