Team Leader-Learning Disabilities-Excellent Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable, and expanding not for profit care organisation as a Team Leader within their support team in Pewsey.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and deliver high quality person centred care and support services to an individual with Autism Spectrum Condition in a Supported living environment.

As well as being hands on in the care delivery you will be responsible for the line management of a team of care and support workers. This will include supervisions, annual appraisals,coaching, mentoring and support.

Candidates will ideally have management/supervisory experience within a Learning Disabilities setting as well as being self motivated and flexible. You previous experience must include working to outcomes in a person centred way. Own transport and a LDQ or NVQ Level 3 in care or equivalent is essential.
