Our client has been operating in the financial sector for over 20 years and has established itself as a leading company in the Manchester area. This role will involve managing a team of 12-15 Account Managers who are efficient in there positions. You will be responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly within the company and aiding staff where necessary.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • To generate business through the team equal to or in excess of team target set for month.
  • To ensure all customers are treated within the guidance of Compliance (FSA)
  • To ensure Account Managers update computer records
  • To ensure all employees are preparing and administering internal documentation.
  • To act in professional and competent manner when conducting business on behalf of the department.
  • To monitor work flows within the given time-scales.
  • Prepare 1 to 1s and provide constructive feedback.
  • To complete annual appraisals and monthly PDP’s within the required time-scales.
  • To identify training needs and complete development based on findings.
  • To prepare KPI reports as and when required.

The salary for the role is £26,000 plus bonus, as well as a variety of benefits.
