Team Leader

Our client; a fashion focused footwear brand who are expanding rapidly is seeking two Team Leaders as soon as possible for a new store opening in Lyon, France in June 2013. The Team Leader aids in the management of the retail store consistent with the short and long-term interests of the Company and its employees. They will consistently provide the customer with the highest level of service and assist the Store Manager with monitoring sales and performance.

The Team Leader will participate in employee-related management functions including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivation, discipline, performance appraisal, conflict resolution, and the administration of human resources policies and initiatives as directed by the Store Manager

To be considered for this role you should have the following:

  • Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in current trends
  • Innovative Manager with people & processes
  • Sets plans & objectives, clearly delegates tasks. Develops, manages and trains direct reports.
  • Excellent team-building, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
