Overview
A local company is incredibly busy and are recruiting a Personnel & Training Administrator as a temp for a few weeks. This is a really busy administrative role, working within a great team environment.
The Role
This is a role in the HR department and will be varied and busy. There will be lots of administrative duties to support existing employees.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining accurate personnel records
- Accurate input of data onto the Personnel Database
- Preparation of contracts, referencing and collating necessary paperwork for new starter packs
- Recruitment administration - liaising with agencies, sending out application forms, placing adverts onto the intranet and internet sites
- Organising travel and accommodation when required
- Training administration including preparation of training agreement
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have at least two years of work experience within office administration. Ideally you will have some HR / Personnel experience but this is not essential. Most important is a willingness and ability to work in a busy environment, ability to multi-task and be able to time manage and prioritise your workload.
