Job Description
The LTA are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and energetic Secondary School Teachers to work in a range of schools across Lancashire, Bolton, Wigan, Bury and Rochdale.
The LTA pays in accordance with the National Teacher Pay Spine and as a Newly Qualified Teacher you will earn £110.71 per day ranging through to £188.49 per day as a teacher on the Upper Pay Scale.
As the LTA is affiliated with Lancashire you will be paid through Lancashire County Council, exactly in line with the National Teacher Pay Spine.
Through working with the LTA you will also receive other benefits such as:
• Full access to the Teachers Pension and entitlement to move up the teacher pay spine after 26 completed weeks.
• Access to complete your induction period with Lancashire if you secure a long term position within a local primary school.
• Entitlement to attend all NQT courses ran through Lancashire County Council.
• A free fully enhanced CRB
• Entitlement to three free twilight CPDS courses courtesy of Lancashire County Council.
If you wish to apply you must be a fully qualified teacher in the UK, holding a ’Qualified Teacher Status’, you must also have a good knowledge of the National Curriculum as well as good classroom management skills.
