Our Client is a Chemical Company and a leader in speciality chemicals delivering products and solutions to sectors such as electronics, water, energy, and coatings.
Presently they are recruiting an experienced fluent Swedish speaking Customer Services Rep based in Staines, to cover a 1 year maternity leave starting ASAP!
The successful candidate will need to commit to the duration of this assignment, and will be on a temp basis, with a fantastic hourly rate £11.00 per hour + Holiday Pay.
Key responsibilities includes –
• Answering telephone calls
• Processing and handling orders
• Liaising with customers and sellers regularly
• Building key relationships
Attributes –
• Fluent Swedish speaker
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• 1-2 years previous Customer Services experience
• Clear, confident, articulate phone manner
• Excellent knowledge of SAP systems
• Educated to at least A level standard
