A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join a well respected environmental and sustainability consultancy as part of their Bristol based buildings team. The successful candidate can expect to work on large scale projects within the commercial, education and industrial sectors.
Qualifications: In this instance candidates are sought with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. Candidates should be accredited in one or more of the following; BREEAM, SAP assessments or Code for Sustainable Homes.
Location: Bristol
Experience: For this role it is anticipated that the successful Sustainability Consultant will have demonstrable experience in energy modelling for existing and new build developments, carrying out BREEAM assessments and delivering sustainability strategies, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
- Undertaking BREEAM assessments
- Completing energy modelling work using the latest software
- Advising clients on all areas of sustainable design
- Liaising with clients
- Managing projects
- Preparing written reports
