Next Generation Healthcare is currently recruiting for full time support workers in Warwickshire.

Own transport is essential for the post and mileage will be paid when travelling between shifts.

We have been supporting children, adults, adolescents and older people to live as independently as possible for almost 20 years.

We need a female support worker to work with a female Service Users with mental health problems eg anxiety or brain injury living independently in own accommodation. Extra hours are possible and we do offer sleep in where we pay £33.66 per night.

To support Service Users with planning and carrying out daily living activities including personal care, shopping, going out for a walk etc. Generally to improve other person well-being.

We need someone flexible - work at the weekends and in the evenings, compassionate and reliable as we work with vulnerable people.

Specialist training will be provided. An enhanced disclosure check will be required for the successful applicant for which the cost will be met by the company. Contracts at £7.50 per hour.
