We require daytime, evening, nights and weekend workers. You will work in a high quality environment and be part of a committed and friendly staff team. Support workers are responsible for ensuring that people receive the very best standards of care. Some of your key responsibilities may include assisting/supporting with personal/practical care tasks according to individual needs, which may include assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, household tasks etc. Working as part of a team, you will be required to also meet the Social and emotional needs of the individuals you support, using Person Centred Planning approaches to enable each person to enjoy a quality of life and develop skills and independence. It is important for the people we support to be involved in social activities. You would enable individuals to undertake community based activities.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience/qualifications are not necessary as full training is provided.
Health and Social Care qualifications are desirable but not essential/required.
