Support Worker (Children and Young People)- Cheshire

My client seeks caring and resilient support staff, working 2 days on / 4 days off shift patterns (overtime available, if desired) within small residential homes designed to provide exemplary levels of care for the vulnerable young people being supported. Applicants will need a genuine focus on therapeutic, support and education interventions to enable looked after children to work towards positive and independent living. My client seeks applications from motivated and positive individuals with previous experience of working with and supporting within child protection guidelines and children and families focused legislation.

Previous experience within a children's residential setting of any nature is preferred.

NVQ 3 CCYP is preferred.
