Support Services Administrator - French Speaking - 12 Month FTC

United Biscuits currently have an opportunity for an experienced Coordinator in Liverpool, on a fixed term contract lasting 12 months.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing a support service within the IS function for procuring technical components, mobile phones, hardware and software, telecoms and services for the Business. You will ensure that goods and services required by the IS function are procured in a timely and cost efficient manner within the constraints of the policies, standards and procedures. This role is also responsible for providing a mobile phone administration service to UBUK, France and the Netherlands, reporting spend to cost centre managers on a monthly basis. You will also provide a telecoms administration service for UBUK, reporting spend to cost centre managers.

Duties & Responsibilities

To be able to quickly assess the business criticality of all issues and prioritise and escalate as needed.
To ensure goods and services are delivered accurately, and on time, by suppliers to meet the needs of the Business.
To accurately maintain mobile phone and landline telecoms information to enable period reporting to cost centre managers.
To be able to work under pressure and maintain a professional and responsive service to the business.
To maintain confidentiality regarding mobile phone and home telecoms data.

The Individual

Experience in an admin support role is required. 
Fluent in French.
Experience of SAP is desirable but this can be gained through training.
IT technical knowledge is also desirable but again can be gained through experience.
Degree is desirable.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Confident and clear communication skills.
Full working knowledge of the M/S Office suite.
Internet skills.
